I'm 16 and a half yeats old.a GUY 5'11 tall, 190 lbs, size 34 36 waist. I have love handles, belly fat, thigh fat, and fat on my bum. I really want to lose 20 25 lbs to get rid of this fat, and ASAP. I want to have a slim, leaned, toned body, not a bulky one that is fat and muscle, I wanna have like a size 29 30 waist and look good in clothes, etc. I got the insanity program for free, and I plan on doing the program, and I'll also go to the gym 5 6 times a week, lift 8 10 reps for two muscle groups each time, then run for 20 30 mins after. I have my diet sorted out, nothing processed, fried, junk food etc, I'll eat clean, about 1700 cals a day. If I do this, will I lose this fat fast, and get a nice. toned, lean, slim body with abs? thanks

I quit ice skating a while back and my body still looks similar.
