Have I ruined my weight loss?
So I have been trying to lose weight for about 2 months now, and it was great. I would eat healthier, and workout every day except Saturday and Sunday. So last week I started eating crap. Friday night, we had pizza for supper, and that night I had a slurpee its basically just sugar.. then Saturday, I ate potato chips, like a lot. And basically the whole weekend went to shit. And now, I am sick, and when I stay home, I usually eat, all the time because I don't have anything else to do. And I have the kind of cold where when I move, my head starts pounding, so I probably ain't be working out.. please help, will I go back to my old routine? What will happen to me?

have a few questions about burning calories. I am currently 5'9" , 229 lbs. I carry most of my weight in my stomach, thighs and behind.I am overweight because I am lazy like most overweight people and I like to eat lots of fast food. If someone could please answer a few questions for me it would be much appreciated.1. If I was to cut out the fast food and consume around 2500 calories a day and burn off 1500, does that mean my body is only registering 1000 calories for theday and would that help with weight loss? 2. I am not a snacker, I eat three big meals, is it better to eat 3 small meals and snacks throughout the day?2. Do all the calories have to burned off at the sametime or can it be done a few times throughout the day?3. How can I figure out how many calories a week I must burn to lose 5 pounds.Thank you much to all who help.

I'm thinking of taking a yoga or weight training class at a community college over the summer. But I have no idea what to choose. Yoga or Weight Training? I want to lose at least 50 lbs. over the summer before my senior year starts. Help?

Good weight loss routines in the home?

Alright, so my friend got a scale like a while ago and we started 2 use it. We r very self conscious about our weight and started weighing ourselves. I was comfortable with my weight and kept doing what I usually did with actually more food. Since then, with my same eating habits and barely any exercise, I keep losing weight. Heres my log. Weight 1 27 12 103lbs. Weight 2 11 12 98lbs. Weight 2 19 12 97.4lbs. Weight 2 20 12 96.2lbs. Is this healthy weight loss? Ps. I'm 12 pleae don't report me and 5'0. Pps. The weirdest thing is that sometimes, this weight just falls off after ive eaten and SLEPT

PostPregnancy weight loss!? 12 pounds?
Im 18 and just had my baby girl a week ago. Before pregnancy i was 135 before delivery I was 165 now I am 147 trying to get back to being 135. I eat healthy, drink water, and eat no junk. I don't breastfeed and wanna know how to loose these pounds.

I am serving in the military, so I get at least an hour of pt everyday. I run 3 times a week, and have muscle failure twice a week, but now I'm going to work more on core stuff on weekends. I've gained alot of weight since I've enlisted. Before I left, I was happy with how I looked. I never ate breakfast, I ate a light lunch, and I ate alot of crap for dinner..if I ate dinner. Now, I eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I eat better than I ever used to, so why am I GETTING FAT? ? I've been looking online at some supplements and green tea seems to be healthier. Are there any other supplements that will help shave off this excess mess. Thank you for the help
